Sonoma State University
Founded in 1960, Sonoma State University is part of the California State University system, and is located in Rohnert Park just moments from the El Pueblo Inn. The university lies just 20 miles northwest of Sonoma and remains one of the smallest of the 23 CSU campuses in California, but could very well be the most scenic. The university offers 92 Bachelor's degrees, 19 Master's degrees, and one Doctoral degree. Until 1978, it was known as Sonoma State College.Details
